Today was kinda mid but I but that weekend is just around the corner. Do ready for the weekend it’s crazy. Hit the gym today slightly sore from yesterday’s leg day, I’m sure the soreness will fully set in tomorrow, but I still got a good run in before my strength training. I hit shoulders in the gym today. Started off strong but sit got hard pretty quick after the first 3 sets. Hopefully i don’t get fatigued as quickly tomorrow.
