I’ve been slipping on wearing my watch during the last couple weeks I’ve had off work but I’m back at it. I start training for a new work position tomorrow so wish me luck yall! 🤞🏾
But I went to the gym today and went cardio crazy. I about 3 miles on the treadmill, a mile on the elliptical, and 5 miles between the spin and recumbent bike.
Felt good af too. I’ll probably get 100 pushups during the game if the thunder have things under control in the 4th. But overall, I’m just looking forward to tomorrow… ✌🏾
