If you’re an old school steem user, you know that it was actually a cool platform.
It’s where I first got to experience crypto and use the technology on a regular basis. I had a lot of fun on there learning, interacting with the community, and experimenting with different applications.
Some time has passed now, and although most of my activity and attention have moved over to hive there are still a few apps that I like to use that post to the steem blockchain.
1) APPICS
This is my favorite decentralized picture sharing app. It makes it super easy to post Instagram style pictures and short videos.
It’s really one of the nicer looking apps on the list. It allows you to post straight to steemit and you also earn an APPICS APX token that can be exchanged on the EOS AND TELOS blockchains.
It’s a really nice apps to sharing quick posts and updates...
2)Drug Wars
This is an idle game on the steem blockchain where you build a drug empire on the blockchain. You upgrade your operation over time earning you more money, build an army to protect your stash, and attack other players to steal from their stashes.
Drug Wars has been around for a long time but I’m just now starting to play it myself. It’s one of the very first idle games that used to learn how to play these types of games.
They actually pretty interesting and you can post your battles to the steemit.
3) Actifit
One of the the most underrated apps in crypto! It’s an app that rewards people for sharing posts attached to their step count for the day.
Lots of people also use this as a platform to do their daily blogging. It’s super easy to post from the Actifit mobile app and share what happened throughout day.
They have cool nfts fitness related nfts you can used to enhance your post, they’re always doing contest, and you can actually use actifit tokens to buy real products and services.
This is one of the apps that actually post to both steem and hive which is super nice as well.
If you ever get into a situation where you run out of stuff to post just download the actifit app and start sharing what happed that day: https://actifit.io/signup?referrer=bigtakosensei
4) Dtube
Dtube is one of the best decentralized video sharing apps you’ll find. It’s super easy to use especially if you’re just sharing content from your centralized platforms like YouTube or Twitch!
The platform does a great job of keeping it simple for people like myself while still having a lot of advanced features for more technologically talented people to use.
This platform actually post to 3 different platforms Dtube, Hive, and Steem. This allows you to earn an insane basket of tokens when posting from dtube.
5) Dlike
This is decentralized link sharing website. I think of it kind of like digg or stumbleupon almost. But it just makes it super easy to share links that You like from around the web.
Again most of my activity takes places but I do still have some post that go to steem. It’s always nice to have some of those veteran apps in yourm rotation to help you pick up some extra STEEM and TRX every once in a while...
But are you using and apps that still post to steem?
