BELIEVE
You need to believe. It is that simple. It is the start of all things. If you do not believe you will not acomplish anything in life. You man think you want things, you may think you got goals, but if you don't believe in them, or believe you can reach them, you never will.
I been listening to TaskMasters video's on my drive to work in the mornings and one the other day really struck me. Man, he is blunt and to the point and I love it. I believe people need to hear what he is saying and a lot of people need his bluntness.
To paraphrase Task, he basicly talked about people that don't do anything on Hive, or nothing useful, they complain about the small stuff. That is all they do, is complain. They don't try and fix things. And let me tell you the world is full of people like that.
I can only assume it is way to make ones short coming seem less when you tear down something better than yourself.
Get your Belief in gear, change your mindset people or you are going to be stuck in the rut you are in forever.
INSPIRATION
There are people on the Hive blockchain that inspire for their work and dedication. If you know who you are, put your hand up. I believe you know who you are.
There are a couple more that are doing that for me, Khal and Eric on the INLEO team. The dedication, the vision, the belief they have in what they are building is absolutly amazing.
Yesterday I read a post by 
What he and his team laid out, what they got planned for the future of InLeo, and how it is going to benifet Hive and InLeo well into the future is amazing. And that means if we put in some effort, depending on how much effort, we can become very successful on this blockchain.
Sometimes people talk about Luck, the right place the right time. I don't believe in any of that. You make your own way. But if you do believe in it then you could say, you are lucky and in the right place at the right time to be on InLeo.
But will be, being here do it? No. Of course not, you need to put in some effort. More than likely a lot of effort to become successful.
Let me have a look at some highlights from Khals post.

That is powerful, very powerful. Amazing. And I bet they believe 100 percent they are going to do it. And that will lead to them doing it.

I was about to say these are some BOLD statements. But you know what? That is thinking little, thinking on the small side. I just gave myself a slap.
I went all IN with InLeo almost a year ago. I seen something, I felt something. I got a strong belief in what they where doing. Did I imagine that they would be to this point so quick. Not a fracking chance. I need, I have turned up my belief.
Once again are you going to be part of the core people? Or are you going to look back months, years, down the road and tell me how lucky I was to be part of this.
It is time to shit or get off the pot people. Put your money where you mouth is. As the saying goes.
