I will keep saying we are among the lucky generations as we got to enjoy science and technology. Gone are the days when our forefather needed to trek miles when on a trip to another city, gone are the days of using a cutlass to clear bushes and a hoe to make ridges on the farm. We are now in a civilized world full of the beauty of science and technology, where machines can be used to do our tasks.
Someone who owns a washing machine will never want to use his or her hands to wash clothes again because the machine makes things easier... It can help to wash, rinse, and dry our clothes with just a few button clicks for us rather than spend hours using our hands to wash those clothes, and we won't be able to wash those with hard textures like jeans well unless we use a brush. The WC just saves us the stress.
We can't miss what we never had, but our generation has tasted soft life, all thanks to science and technology that made life easy for us, so a life without them is something I can't imagine, cos where are we going to start from... We can't go back to those days without mobile phones to keep us company, or days without internet that allow us to know what is happening around the world.
