Interesting read and some nice takeaway points too. I've found myself in this emotional state even with my own thoughts and behaviors, it can be quite disabling. Time isn't always the answer as well since it can only begin to fester and get worse. Usually seeking out a different perspective does the trick for me but it's not always right in front of my face, sometimes it can take a few days lol.
