Seems like forever since the last time Bitcoin was raging strong and making big volatile moves like what we are seeing in the past week. Surely hype about the halving, hype about Bitcoin Futures stocks that were added, and some correlation with U.S markets being up.
This might be the 3rd time, that i feel like i wasnt ready to accumulate on lows, and so im missing a 3rd giant rally up. But theres many coins that have made huge moves. What about Solana, basically a 5x. Shitcoins that doubled, tripled, some maybe a 10x, theres been wild stuff going on past 3 months for sure.
So what's the lesson here? When cryptos get low, give it some time, and buy the juicy bottoms on reputable coins and projects. Give it more time....and buy some more. Wait....and wait some more. When the hype returns, wait a little longer and eventually the rally comes back. But there's tricks along the way.
I dont want to miss the next good time to buy. From now it might not be for another year, by time this bullishness unravels. Maybe a big drop 2 years from now, but it will cycle the other way eventually and inevitably.
BITCOIN
The 5 year here says it all. A slow process sometimes, but when volatility picks up, moves up and down definitely pick up speed. I was surprised to see we were above 60k today, just the other day we broke 50k.
SPY - S&P 500
And basically a measure of U.S markets, the SPY is raging lately too. Showing some correlation after all this time, with periods where things arent always linked. I kinda feel like the inevitable will occur but always takes time. Big election year, and can only imagine that end of 2024 might be the start of bearishness, or maybe some big world even will trigger things again.
Either way, im preparing to make some better choices so we can capitalize on good buys when that time presents itself.
HIVE
Last but not least, good ol Hive. For an older chain/network, i feel our chart is actually still contructive. We are not huge and might not ever be, but i do think there is a solid group of people here, and our games kick some ass. Nice to see a slight bump up in price finally. Sideways is better than down, and building a nice support in price too - solid in the .30s.
