No podía dejar de compartirle una de mis pulseras favoritas y de mis nietas, con su color favorito que es el rojo, y con el dije de estos adorados animalitos como lo son las mariquitas.
Siempre cuando tengo oportunidad de comprarlos lo hago porque de seguro le hare a mis niñas algún accesorio. Y ellas estarán felices porque abuelita las consiente con las cosas que a ellas les fascinan…bueno yo también tengo mis pulseras de mariquita, así como mi dije para usarlos en colgantes.
I couldn't stop sharing one of my and my granddaughters' favorite bracelets, with her favorite color, which is red, and with the pendant of these adored little animals such as ladybugs.
Whenever I have the opportunity to buy them, I do it because I will surely make my girls an accessory. And they will be happy because granny pampers them with the things that fascinate them…well, I also have my ladybug bracelets, as well as my pendant to use as pendants.
En estos días pase por una tienda de bisuterías y aunque no iba a comprar nada, la tentación de ver me gana. Pero como iba rápido no me podía quedar mucho tiempo, pero vi que la chica de la tienda estaba colgando un rollo de hilo rojo que me llamo la atención porque me pareció muy bonito .- y le dije que me lo mostrara, para tocarlo y ver su textura…y aunque me pareció un poco grueso para hacer pulsera.
These days I went through a jewelry store and although I was not going to buy anything, the temptation to see wins me. But since I was going fast I couldn't stay long, but I saw that the girl from the store was hanging a roll of red thread that caught my attention because I thought it was very pretty. - and I told her to show it to me, to touch it and see its texture... and although it seemed a bit thick to make a bracelet.
Y aunque me gusta más usar para hacer pulseras el hilo chino ( porque hay variedades de hilo con el que puedes hacer pulseras..solo te tiene que gustar a ti y que te sientes más cómodo trabajar con él ).
And although I prefer to use Chinese thread to make bracelets (because there are varieties of thread with which you can make bracelets... you just have to like it and that you feel more comfortable working with it).
Bueno el caso fue que compre unos cuatro metros para ver cómo me quedarían, pero imagine que las pulseras de nudo quedarían muy bonitas sobre todo por el grosor del hilo. Y este color rojo me gusto mucho.., pero al momento de empezar hacer la pulsera tuve que afinar bien las puntas con el yesquero ( quemar y darle vueltas con los dedos…sin quemarse:)).
Well, the case was that I bought about four meters to see how they would fit me, but imagine that the knot bracelets would be very beautiful, especially because of the thickness of the thread. And I really liked this red color..., but when I started making the bracelet I had to sharpen the ends well with the tinderbox (burn and turn it with your fingers... without burning yourself:)).
Porque muchos dijes tienen el orifico muy pequeño y a veces aun afinando las puntas cuesta mucho pasar el hilo. Y para este tipo de hilo los dijes tienen que tener el orificio grande, por eso este tipo de hilo es ideales para tejer con nudos, así no lleven dije.
Because many pendants have a very small hole and sometimes even fine-tuning the ends it is very difficult to pass the thread. And for this type of thread, the charms have to have a large hole, so this type of thread is ideal for weaving with knots, even if they do not have a pendant.
Para hacer esta pulsera utilice lo siguiente:
- Un metro de hilo color rojo ( se me olvido el nombre del hilo).
Un dije de mariquita rojo con negro. - Tijera.
- Yesquero.
- Un pedacito de popote.
To make this bracelet use the following:
- One meter of red thread (I forgot the name of the thread).
A red and black ladybug pendant.- Scissors.
- tinderbox.
- A little piece of straw.
Pasos para su elaboración:
Steps for its elaboration:
- Paso # 1.
Lo primero que hice fue quemar y afinar las puntas del metro del hilo e introduje el dije de la mariquita y lo ubique en el centro del hilo para que quedara en todo el medio.
Luego tome el pedacito de popote y lo coloque al lado del dije y le di cinco vueltas para luego pasar la punta del hilo por dentro del popote, después lo hale poco a poco acomodándolo con los dedos . y llevando el nudo bien juntico al dije.
Hice el mismo procedimiento en el otro extremo del dije..quedando así.
- Step 1.
The first thing I did was burn and sharpen the ends of the meter of the thread and I introduced the ladybug pendant and placed it in the center of the thread so that it would be in the middle.
Then take the little piece of straw and place it next to the pendant and twist it five times to then pass the end of the thread inside the straw, then pull it little by little, adjusting it with your fingers. and taking the knot very close to the pendant.
I did the same procedure on the other end of the pendant... leaving it like this.
- Paso # 2.
Luego dejando unos pocos centímetros hice tres nudos más de cada lado. Y en una de las punta hice un nudo simple y selle con el yesquero.
- Step 2.
Then, leaving a few centimeters, I tied three more knots on each side. And at one of the ends I made a simple knot and sealed it with the tinderbox.
- Paso # 3.
En la otra punta le quise hacer una pequeña cruz por lo con el popote realice tres vueltas para hacer la cabeza de la cruz, deje un pequeño espacio e hice seis vuelta para hacer la parte baja.
Y para los brazos con un pedazo de hilo lo amarre en medio de los nudos e hice en cada extremo tres vuelta acomodando los nudos con los dedos y dándole la forma.
- Step 3.
At the other end I wanted to make a small cross so I made three turns with the straw to make the head of the cross, I left a small space and I made six turns to make the bottom part.
And for the arms, with a piece of thread, I tied it in the middle of the knots and made three turns at each end, accommodating the knots with my fingers and giving it the shape.
- Paso # 4.
Por último cruzo los hilo para hacer el cierre corredizo haciendo el mismo nudo, usando un pedacito de hilo.
- Step 4.
Finally I cross the threads to make the sliding closure making the same knot, using a small piece of thread.
Y de esta forma fácil y sencilla hice esta linda pulserita, una de las preferida de mis niñas…siempre un placer de compartir con todos ustedes.
