Honestly, working on a laptop every day or pressing a mobile phone for hours writing lengthy content, reading, commenting and doing other activities affects our health one way or the other. When I sit pressing my system for a long time, my spine close to the back of my neck would begin to pain me. It got to a level that sitting on a bench for 45 minutes while watching soccer in the ball house became uncomfortable because I would have to hold my neck to be a little comfortable throughout the whole match. All these were a result of working on a system for hours every day without considering good sitting posture
The second effect is how the high resolution affects the eyes. When I spend too much time typing on a system or a phone, I would start seeing double and I would have to blink before I gain balance again. If it continues, water would start flowing from my eyes without being pinched or beaten by sars. These are the two ways that long hours and daily use of computer and phone gas affected me
So what did I do to manage the situation?
I had to change my sitting posture
The chair I'm using is not balanced so I used a pillow as support. After sitting, I would put the pillow at my back to wage the back of my neck can remain in that position for hours without feeling any pain. It worked and it's still working for me big time. It's what anyone can try. Sometimes, the kind of pillow used really matters. So if you use a pillow and the pain persists, change it until you see the one that fits. I also faced the same challenge before I got the one that works perfectly for me
Secondly, I use my glasses when typing or use my phone at night or Switch to blue light
The first remedy I used was putting my transparent glasses on at night. This stops the direct white light rays from the screen to directly have access to my eyes. It really worked but it's not every time I would live to use glasses. So what else did I do? I filter the blue light rays using an app because it helps to sleep easily and protects the eyes by reducing blue light

Blue light from the phone, tablet or computer screen is known as the visible light spectrum for circadian regulation. It's said that exposure to blue light can impose serious threats and possibly cause damage to retinal neurons which can in the long run inhibit the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that can greatly affect the eyesight
●The app can help adjust the screen to natural colour
● It relieves eye strain
●It makes the eyes feel at ease
● It helps to sleep well because the blue light is filtered out and replaced with cool colours that would help the eyes more
From the images below, you would observe that the blue light was filtered out and the screen maintained a cool screen which is the best because it wouldn't have any negative effect on the eyes
These are the ways Ive been helping myself with respect to sitting posture and saving my eyes from unnecessary stress from the blue light from computer and phone screen
This is ckole the laughing gas
