Hi all i just want to share my ulog for this day, we need to conduct a general check up on every equipment to maintain and avoid any major problem.
On the picture above you see that i conducted a voltage check up this panel is for our 'Potable transfer pump'
Gather all the voltage on the circuit and after tgat i need to gather the actual load to identify the unbalance load on the phasing.
Transformer on our Potable Transfer Pump
The transformer give a supply on a control circuit and also it gives a balance supply to give a balance load.
If you getbthe actual current on this transformer it will only give you approximately 0.6-0.9amps just a little amount of current because it only give supply to a sensor from High to Low level and also to control circuit.
STP panel (PLC)
This panel is for our STP supplying different kinds of circuit.STP has different kind of stages.
I will share to you some basic process of a STP
• Aeration Process - This process is were the solid waste will digest on giving them oxygen to wake up the sludge and mix togethee with solid waste. This process will take at least 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Settling Process - This process is were the treated water will settle to automatically separate the sludge and clear water. This process will take for at least 45 minutes.
• Decant Process - This process is were all the separated treated water will be transfer to CCT or chlorine chamber tank. This process will take for at least 30 minutes.
• Discharge Process - This process is were all the treated clear water will be discharge to an exit pipe going to river, or sometimes some company will recycle this and use for watering plants, and use for colling tower. This process will take for at least 45 minutes.
Above 'Passenger Elevator'
This is how we conduct a preventive maintenance to our passenger elevator to maintain the smooth running of this elevator, we only operate this by turning on a pilot switch above the elevator roof panel.

This is how we conduct a preventive maintenance on out 'Pumps' some of us think that tgis kind of job was too easy but tgey dont know how we risk our life just to give what our client needed.

Sharing a knowledhe to other will give you a happines specially if you see that your student gain and learn some skills from you.
For me i always wanted to teach and share because im happy if i see a person who is interested to learn.
