My Progress So Far On The Dreemport Challenge
Last week, this challenge started and I found it so much interesting while carrying out this week's Challenge. This is a great one and just on Wednesday, I did lots of exercise with my students in the school and I was not left out. The task ahead of me is just too awesome. I have found it mandatory to carry out exercise daily.
5 MINS FOR;
MEDITATION: I made sure that I carried out meditation just once this week. It was not easy as something I have not done before. So, meditating is the best as it will free your mind from having some kind of worries
BREATHING: I have explained this one above as having exercise daily can make you feel strong in all ways. Just this Wednesday, I took my students to the field for an exercise where we have to carry out different exercises.
PRAYER: I cannot do without praying daily and always. It is good for everyone to embark on prayers as they can move mountains and can make you feel great with lots of achievement.
32 OZ WATER: For this week, I have taken it as a task to be taking at least a glass of water in the morning. Water is good for your health and I have found results and benefits of drinking it every morning.
20 MINS PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: I have carried out some physical activities this week to strengthen my body. Exercise is part of it and walking from my house to the junction of my street for twenty minutes is my priority. I have taken it upon myself to always make my body physically fit.
15 MINS TOWARDS PERSONAL GOAL: In my first challenge post, I mentioned solving mathematical problems daily. This is what I have achieved so far as solving mathematical questions has been my priority.
This week's question is given below and with a keen answer.
As your first week progressed, what did you find to be the most challenging part of beginning this journey? Do you think that this week #2 has helped you be consistent and more dedicated? Or are you getting frustrated already!
To be sincere, I did not find any form of challenge while carrying out those tasks ahead of me, instead, I found it so interesting and fun. I want to be doing this time without numbers and without seizing.
