Twitter is a platform where users share short form posts which are called tweets. These tweets are not your property even you created them. You cannot post everything that you want. Twitter has limitation about what you can post or not. Your contents or tweets can be deleted if they dont like them. This makes twitter a centralised platform who censor contents. You dont get anything for your tweets or in other words you dont earn money on twitter.
Twitter offers blue tick services in order to make money from users of the platform which is a good idea to make pockets empty of platform users. You need this blue tick to prove your authenticity. This is a totally rubbish.
While On the other hand , A thread is a feature on leofinance where you can create short posts which we call Threads . Its a censorship resistant platform where you get full control on your contents. No one can delete what you thread about . It is recorded on chain. Threads on Leofinance gives you freedom to post anything you like. You dont need to think what you should post or not.
On threads you have chances to earn money while twitter doesn't pay anything to its platform users. You can see few of my threads below which earned cents. It feels awesome and gives motivation at the same time. This is the biggest difference between Threads and twitter. You can create threads freely without the need of blue tick. You dont need authenticity certificate. For Threads.
Since threads are born , twitter looks garbage to me. I havent thought before that we can have a feature like threads on the Hive Blockchain. Thanks to the leofinance team for bringing us this great feature.
Threads is also a great way of engaging with other users and grow your fan following. You get to make new friends no matter in which part of the world you live.
Personally i am very much addicted to threads, i go to twitter very less, loving threads snd spending my time there while earning money at the same time. It wouldn't be wrong to say that you get paid to threads. In the end, i can say that Threads is better than twitter.
