Howdy fellow artists! I hope you are having a great Monday. Let me tell you what happened to me this week. A real personal catastrophe. I accidentally deleted my entire hard drive. All my work from the last two years disappeared into oblivion. I had an outdated backup on a backup disk, I lost a lot. All my saved and organized designs and creations disappeared. Only the image of a reindeer that I had lost on my desktop survived. There were many images that defined some of my work as a kind of signature. I may possibly make them again but it is never the same. I was already attached to them.

¡Qué tal colegas artistas! Espero que estén teniendo un excelente Lunes. Les cuento lo que me pasó esta semana. Una verdadera catástrofe personal. Accidentalmente elimine todo mi disco duro. Todos mis trabajos de los últimos dos años desaparecieron en el olvido. Tenía un backup desactualizado en un disco de soporte, perdí mucho. Todos mis diseños y creaciones guardados y organizados, desaparecieron. Solo sobrevivió la imagen de un reno que tenía perdida en el escritorio. Había muchas imágenes que definían algunos de mis trabajos como una especie de firma. Posiblemente los vuelva a hacer pero nunca es lo mismo. Ya les tenía cariño.

De más está decir que voy a continuar con mi participación en esta maravillosa comunidad. La imagen de esta semana me gustó mucho y creo que logré un resultado estupendo. Es una escena de apocalipsis y caos. Primero corté la línea del bosque para agregarle más profundidad y expandir la imagen. Allí coloque una ciudad en llamas. Cambie los colores de la imagen original, más a tono con el clima nublado del apocalipsis.

Needless to say, I will continue my participation in this wonderful community. I really liked this week's image and I think I achieved a great result. It's a scene of apocalypse and chaos. First I cut the forest line to add more depth and expand the image. There I placed a city in flames. I changed the colors of the original image, more in tune with the cloudy weather of the apocalypse.

I kept the trunk of the original trees, to give perspective and realism to the image. Then I got to work with the deer, a great animal to modify. I managed to set his antlers on fire. Completely on fire, as a symbolism of what is happening behind. As if the destiny of humanity was also tied to that of global life.

Mantuve el tronco de los árboles originales, para darle perspectiva y realismo a la imagen. Después me puse manos a la obra con el ciervo, un animal estupendo para modificar. Logre incendiarle la cornamenta. Completamente en llamas, como un simbolismo de lo que sucede detrás. Como si el destino de la humanidad estuviera también atado al de la vida global.

Then a bit in tune with previous works I created a portal. Presumably opened by two individuals to escape the imminent destruction of terrestrial life. I am satisfied with the final result. I hope you like it too! Once again thanks to the LMAC staff for the impeccable and continuous organization and execution of this wonderful project.

Después un poco en sintonía con trabajos anteriores cree un portal. Presuntamente abierto por dos individuos para escapar de la inminente destrucción de la vida terrestre. Estoy satisfecho con el resultado final. Espero que tambien sea de su agrado! Una vez mas gracias al staff de LMAC por la organización y ejecucion impecable y continua de este maravilloso proyecto.
