My name is Ogadinma Daniel but I prefer being called by my second name Daniel since it is easy for people to pronounce, my first name is Ogadinma but it gets me angry when people do not pronounce it properly so I just go with Daniel instead. I am from Abia state, eastern part of Nigeria, I was born in plateau state which is the northern part of Nigeria and I grew up in Lagos which is the western part of Nigeria.
I am a livestock farmer and also a very good chef, I make a lot of different good Nigeria delicacies and many international foods. I have my own farm where I grow pigs and poultry for whole sale and retail purposes and I also work at a cakes and catering firm as a professional chef and kitchen manager where I am in charge of all the good foods that come out of the kitchen.
I studied animal breeding and genetics from the federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta Nigeria, I fell in love with breeding livestock even before graduating from the University in 2012. Cooking has been part me from when I was a baby, my mother is a caterer so the grooming began even before I realized it.
I am married to a very beautiful woman and we have a son together. I first met my wife in 2015 and we dated for two years then stopped talking to each other till we met again in 2020, we got talking again and she became pregnant and we finally got married. now we have a son together and are happily married.
WHY AM I HERE
I am here basically to write about myself and my profession. My plan is to have my own kitchen around Nigeria where most of my farm products is readily on demand by the kitchen.
This is one of the problem that farmers face in Nigeria where farm produce perish or are sold at ridiculous prices due to lack of demand or lack of purchasing power by the consumers.
My kitchen is going to have a feature like KFC, where it is going to be known because of a particular item which will be on high demand but other products all will be sold.
I am going to writing a lot about my daily activities and walking you through my plan to make this kitchen come into existence and hope that you love it enough to read.
