Blaise Pascal.
Since I was a child I attended church with my mother, it was a church with strict doctrines, most of the time I fell asleep, I understood that they were also old people, I did not understand many things, as time passed, I grew, but that seed remained sown in my heart, the word of God.
I left my family land to fulfill my dreams of studying a university career, it always struck me that people mocked the evangelicals of that time, some called them crazy, others talked about their lives, they also said in the legalistic churches that everything was sin
There were so many questions and doubts, that I began to study the bible, and God began to reveal himself to my life in a powerful way. I have always known that God has called me to serve him through the administration of resources, finances, a ministry To give, to sow, for this, has had to train me in many areas.
It is true that God does what he wants with each one according to his purpose, but it is also true that there are promises in the scriptures for his children, I realized that we are the representatives of God on earth and our image should be similar to Jesus, to be humble, does not refer to a material poverty, no, it refers to the integrity of a heart that is capable of recognizing its sin.
As far as I'm concerned, I know a God who wants the best for his children, excellence, the word says:
that every good gift and every perfect gift descends from the height of the father of lights in which there is no change or shadow of variation.
- That he is science, and knowledge.
So, when I went to places I could not hear and see those illiterate brothers, immersed in material poverty, everything, and I began to ask God: Is this the true face of a Christian?
No, the church has been dormant for decades, based on doctrine imposed by men, in genesis God speaks clearly: we were created to subdue the earth.
People leave the churches, first because they do not know God, they show him a God who does not exist, punishing, does not show the God who gives us the intelligence, the power, the wisdom, both earthly and spiritual.
People attend a church because they have a need that must be met either physically or emotionally, and we are responsible for equipping ourselves with all the tools we have to reach and promote the Kingdom.
When a person is attracted for the first time, they are not mature believers, then there must be a degree of preparation and if they are younger still.
I know that with this, I am breaking the thoughts of the religious, but my success as leader in social, and spiritual teams has been to first listen to God, second to learn, and third to act.
Since I was very young I had to handle a large number of people of different characters, and during the first few years it was difficult, we are always going to find people who do not hold back but are not the majority.
There are people who ask me how I can keep a working team active organizationally or spiritually, making a consolidated group, today's topic is based on a technique that has worked very well for me and I want to share it with those leaders that are forming:
I speak of "Team building": it consists in the search of activities that can form high performance teams, in order to improve interpersonal relationships within a group.

The church does not escape applying these strategies, because we are human, we handle emotions, feelings, and that part must also be embraced by us as leaders.
The most valuable capital that we have is our human team: a motivated person, and happier, increases their productivity and strives to surpass themselves every day. Obviously one of the things I use is to apply my spiritual knowledge to help find purpose.
The team building concept encompasses a whole range of participatory and structured activities carried out to improve the performance of work teams and their ability to work together effectively.
These activities can go from simple exercises that promote the union and the mutual knowledge until complex simulacra of several days of duration where the team has to obtain some objective in competition
dynamic with other equipment.
How is the Team Building applied?
Building a high performance team using the techniques of Team Building is not an easy task, but its results are very positive. The first thing we must know are the strengths and weaknesses of the people with whom we work. It is important that, in addition to wanting to improve, they are able to form a team.
On the other hand, it will be essential that there be a leader at the head of this working group. This must have an excellent capacity for work, with a vision of the future and inspire respect for its human quality. In addition, it will be essential that the leader has empathy with the rest of the team members.
In my management, I am radical in the work that God has entrusted to me, I love the people with whom I am, but I also know what their strengths and weaknesses are, in which area I can use them while they are forming, if someone he can not manage his finances well, however he wants it, he could not place him as an administrator, just because I love him or because he is my friend.
Among the leader's tasks are:
Clearly mark the team's objectives.
Define a system for measuring the level of scope of the objectives.
Establish a system of effective communication and organization among team members.
Define decision-making and problem-solving procedures within the team.
Develop personnel management systems, such as recruitment, training and motivation.
We can all benefit from team building activities. As a church we become more and more diverse organizations, true teamwork can not be assumed but must be practiced and even built. Three simple activities, make your own amazing career, planning a day of outdoor activities in a nearby camp and having the team members participate in a simple trust fall, will help the members of any church group come closer Together, a good example of this kind of practice is to take a trip together. I've done it with my team at and it's really been wonderful.
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES FOR CHURCHES
Wandering desert
Israelites wandering the desert for 40 years on their way to the promised land can be a springboard for the growth and teamwork of the members of their church group. Reserve space in a nearby field for day or night. Consider incorporating a low ropes course, which allows people of skill all levels of ability to participate and still offers a challenge for members around. Activities of the low ropes course include balancing activities, eyes and spider web. In the web, a series of holes is made with the rope through equipment that the members must climb, without touching.
Trust falls
This team building classic activity is perfect for church groups, as it gives members the opportunity to talk about faith. A member climbs to the edge of a table or high chair and falls backward into a group of extended arms of six or more teammates. Since faith in teammates is required of the person to fall, it provides a perfect corollary to the faith necessary to form teams, trust others and believe in that which can not be seen.
The waning earth
Solving computer problems is the goal of a fun game that will test your ability to make decisions under pressure. It is about marking an area on the ground, either with a rope, with chalk or with a cloth, within which the group must be placed (if it is very large it can be divided so that several teams carry out the activity simultaneously ). The complexity increases as that space is reduced, since it is necessary to find a way for everyone to fit into an increasingly limited area.
Draw blindly:
one of the most challenging and hilarious team building activities, which could be compared to the broken phone game, since it also has to do with the development of communication skills. In this case, the group is divided into teams of two people. Within each team, one person will receive a card with one image and the other, just listening to their instructions, should proceed to draw what is in that image, but without seeing it, only using the description that listens.
We are in a time where the church of Jesus Christ must take authority and power in all areas: political, social, economic, educational, administrative and legal. If we want to be the reflection of God on earth we must rise up with divine power and wisdom, mark cities, conquer territories, bring light where there is darkness, it is time to own the earth and manifest the power of God.
We are not paper leaders, we are Abrahamic leaders, created to impact the world.
