Since I made a post last night, talking about how overly occupied I was due to bad discipline in plating around with Steem. I know, some will said it's serious business, some not so.
This is an unusual father's day for me, since like 15 years ago after I moved to the city, I hardly able to celebrate together with my own dad. And after I become a dad, celebration has always been scary, god knows how much it's gonna cost me for the celebration. Fortunately, ex-girlfriend is a very understanding creature, most if not all those celebration involving my little monsters, she will fork out a small fortune to cover my expanses during the celebration(if she remember it). Not stressing it, every father should enjoy this very moment of the year(if your family remember to celebrate it).
A father's character has always been "overrated", because they're the machine. They work, they fix the light bulb, they take the trash can, occasionally they cook, sometimes they do the dish(of course they broke many of those during the process). Trust me, they're seriously overrated. Hire a maid would have done the job much better than a dad does. But hey, a dad is free, if it's a maid, you'll have to pay for it. So, give them a chance. Give them applaud. Praise them like you really admire them. Guys are total idiot when you make them proud. Most if not all dad practice the same modus operandi. Don't argue with me fellow daddies. You know your heart will melt when your kids say thank you and give you a kiss!
It's special for me this year, due to some bad arrangement, I'm all alone this morning, with my favorite subway wrap. I did about 9km morning walk, and the park were quiet. It got me think and reflect a lot, how a father should do in real life rather than steem dad. Steem is good, but it won't feed the family. Steem is good, but those little monsters won't reply my comments. Steem is good, but it's just too dangerous to share family matter publicly.
How often do I make a post within 15 minutes, and complete everything in a proper manner with opening, body and summary? Probably never. I finishes my breakfast, and this post here. I wish all dad's have a wonderful weekend with your love ones. Those who have a dad around, remember to praise them hard, until they start floating. I believe you'll be surprised by what they can do in return.😂
