Who in life has not had an unusual experience with coffee, this delicious and popular beverage, I believe that many have had it, as in my case I have had it, and that is why today I will tell you what happened.
Many people experiment with the consumption of coffee in different ways, and they have done it with liquors, spices and all those possible combinations that can be part of their culture, but there are so many inventions that have been made, that the people who consume it when it is scarce invent a variety of it, that is why I tell part of my experience here.
In my country Venezuela 5 years ago there was a shortage of food and increase of the same, they were times when we had the money, but the products were not found by the different situations that were lived in Venezuela, people accustomed to drinking coffee I had to invent ways to take this drink, I always say that in the worst moments there are always geniuses who bring out their great intellect, I have always said that in a crisis you have to take advantage of a great opportunity, we also know that in the big problems are born the best ideas.
Well, because of this shortage many people invented to make coffee with roasted corn flour and black beans, to be able to sell it to consumers, but imagine being used to drinking good quality coffee and that they give you that cup of coffee in that style, well I thought about it a lot, every time I came to visit a house they gave me a coffee with these rare ingredients, it was something complicated that many times I stopped seeing it for that very reason. The weirdest coffee I have ever tasted is this one, which is bean-based, although its flavor is a bit bitter, people should have another invention to enjoy their favorite drink.
This experience made me understand that behind the crisis people always have an opportunity, that we cannot let ourselves be defeated when things go, the most important thing is to keep our heads up and show the world what we are made of, besides our taste for coffee was not going to disappear, also in the times when there was coffee what most people did was guarapo, because it is a little coffee with a lot of water and panela to not lose the habit, many of these things arose as a consequence of the shortage.
Coffee and its history behind the events lived in Venezuela made us understand how valuable the human brain can become when it needs an energy recharge for your life, besides the many potentialities that arose, even today coffee is sold in the streets prepared and learn this technique. a few years ago is used, even personally I do not like so much I always try to take my good coffee at home.
