Hola amigos, el día de hoy les enseñaré una manera de curar sus sartenes en caso de que estos comiencen a pegar o hayan perdido su antiadherencia, es un post un poco diferente a los que estoy acostumbrado a subir pero siento que puede ser de mucha utilidad, sin mas nada que agregar, comencemos.
Hello friends, today I will show you a way to cure your pans in case they start to stick or have lost their non-stick, it is a slightly different post than the ones I am used to uploading but I feel that it can be very useful With nothing more to add, let's begin.

Comenzamos colocando el sartén a fuego medio y lo cubrimos de sal, debemos cocinar la sal hasta que esta adquiera una tonalidad amarilla.
We start by placing the pan over medium heat and cover it with salt, we must cook the salt until it acquires a yellow hue.
Retiramos la sal del sartén y apagamos el fuego, empapamos una servilleta en aceite y la pasamos por el sartén hasta cubrirlo por completo de aceite.
Remove the salt from the pan and turn off the heat, soak a napkin in oil and pass it through the pan until it is completely covered with oil.
Ya para finalizar dejamos enfriar el sartén a temperatura ambiente. Para probar el resultado final del sartén hice unas tortillas de maíz y la verdad en ningún momento se pegaron, es decir, el sartén ha recuperado su antiadherencia.
Finally, let the pan cool down to room temperature. To test the final result of the pan, I made some corn tortillas and the truth is that they never stuck, that is, the pan has recovered its non-stick properties.
