Buenos días, comunidad. Hace unas semanas Mia Ikumi, ilustradora de Tokyo Mew Mew falleció a causa de una hemorragia subaracnoidea cerebral a los 42 años. Tokyo Mew Mew fue el primer anime de chicas mágicas que ví y guarda un lugar muy especial en mi corazón. Esta es una noticia muy triste para la franquicia teniendo en cuenta que esta en su 20 aniversario. De todas formas esperemos que descanse en paz y que su proyecto de aniversario salga como ella hubiera querido.

Good morning, community. A few weeks ago Mia Ikumi, illustrator of Tokyo Mew Mew passed away from a cerebral subarachnoid hemorrhage at the age of 42. Tokyo Mew Mew was the first magical girl anime I watched and holds a very special place in my heart. This is very sad news for the franchise considering it is on its 20th anniversary. Anyway let's hope she rests in peace and that her anniversary project turns out as she would have wanted.
