It was late afternoon when I decided to go out for some macro hunting. I already finished my work that day, with a little time left on my hand, so I thought that I could use it for a little macro hunt. I was already running out of photos in my gallery to post here on Hive, and my day off was still a long way to go so a short macro shots should help a little bit if I was lucky.
And yes I was lucky, despite I was excited about the photo hunt, I could feel that it was already late afternoon, so my chance of finding some macro object was quite limited. Just when I arrived at the flowering shrub, I immediately saw an insect had just landed on one of the shrubs. I was so happy that I got there in time to see it landed.
It was this shiny ladybug, with black and yellow-reddish patterns on its back. The beautiful insect is very beneficial for anyone who has a plantation on the house since it hunts and eats on aphids which are considered a pest.
It started its patrol right after it landed on the shrub, trying to find the aphid to eat. But it only found me that was nothing but a nuisance to its normal hunting.
This one I think I disturb it too much so that it decided to hide behind the leaf.
After some time, it came out again to start its patrol again on the shrubs.
And then this is the last shot I took, before it flew away since there was no aphids can be found on that shrubs.
