The future's in your hands! Imagine you can bring one thing back from extinction. Would it be a majestic creature like the dragon, or a forgotten cultural tradition? Maybe it's a bygone technology you miss, or a way of life lost to time. What would you bring back, and why?
Yesterday, I went out to get medication from a nearby pharmaceutical store, and after a while, the rain started, and the other customer who was with a child started talking about how back then, when rain fell, kids used to run under the rain and play with just their panties and we all laughed about it. While both ladies were talking about the fun time back then when they were kids, I could not help but smile because I was reminiscing about so many fun things I did when I was young.
The nurse said a striking statement that got me thinking back to when I was young, "Children of nowadays are never going to enjoy being kids as much as we enjoyed when we were kids." I couldn't help but accept it and it pained me that when I finally get married and have kids, my children may not or may never have that privilege or opportunities to enjoy the fun that came with being children.

Kids are never going to have as much fun as we did, be carefree, and act their age as kids because our parents now want all their children to grow into teenagers and adolescents and adults very fast perhaps because they want to show off that they have children who are grown up and doing well for themselves both academically and financially.
Those old women while remembering about these memories, I could see the genuine smiles on their faces and knew that they missed their childhood days in general because we no longer have those activities anymore.
We no longer have children running around under the rain, we no longer have children running around the street with car tyres, we will no longer have kids playing "mummy, daddy, and children" play anymore, we no longer have children singing the gathering round in the dawn of the evening and singing folklore or moonlight songs
We no longer have children being children and behaving as children of their ages because of the revolution, and technologies and because every parent wants their children to be grown and act like adults even when they are not adults and are not supposed to be acting like adults but like children of their age.
If I had the opportunity, I would bring back the old days when kids were allowed to behave and act like kids their age, I would bring back the old days when kids were allowed to enjoy the free air that comes with being children and not given unnecessary responsibilities that makes them matured quickly and begin to act like adults because they are forced to leave up to this responsibilities and expectations because nowadays we no longer see kids behaving like kids but like an adult.
