I do not like sciences such as physics, chemistry and mathematics, maybe it is not that I do not like them but I do not understand them, it is very difficult for me to understand, I remember when I was in school and I hated dividing, adding or multiplying, the classes made me eternal and tedious but when I started the subject of Spanish and literature it was my favorite time of the day, I was always a fan of spelling and a lover of poetry, but I must confess that I'm not so good at writing or fulfilling the basic aspects of writing and punctuation, I just like to capture on paper or on a digital sheet the thoughts that come to my mind out of nowhere.
In the previous paragraph I said that I love poetry as well as books, however until now I have realized that I had never read works written by Venezuelan authors, I do not know why I focused on enjoying foreign history as the "diary of Anne Frank" where he tells in detail the experiences that Anne and her family experienced during the Second World War, one of the events with more impact in the last century.Observing this situation I started to read a little about Venezuelan writers, and in that extensive search of trying to get something that I really liked I did not find a book of hundreds of pages but something shorter but with the same nutritious content and I am talking about the opinion articles to be more specific of the Venezuelan writer, chef and humorist Claudio Nazoa.
As soon as I read one of his many articles I loved his way of writing, it contains a broad language that adapts to all types of audiences, easy and understandable without fancy words that hinder the reading also has certain writings that move the fiber of the human being as he talks about experiences or issues so real, that make you travel like in a time machine transmitting those feelings and emotions of the writing, an example of this we can see evidenced in his article entitled "the best food of my life" that along with "evil" has become two of my favorites.
Anyway I just wanted to take this post to try to show how important it is to encourage reading both national and international writers because apart from enriching us intellectually we also promote the culture of our country, I love to see how I fall more and more in love with the place that has seen me grow up, its talent and its people, making me feel an incredible sense of belonging and a constant desire to discover authors, texts and any kind of information I did not know making me feel an incredible sense of belonging and a constant desire to discover authors, texts and any kind of information I did not know.
