It's been quite some time since I went into the kitchen and cook. I have been lazy ๐, yup, the last two weekends daddy went outstation... So I brought the girls to eat out...
Last Saturday, since daddy was home and went grocery shopping, we cook lunch at home. We had spaghetti for lunch... Spaghetti with broccoli and fish with Bolognese sauce.

Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Onion
Garlic
Tomato
Broccoli
Dory Fish Fillet
Bolognese Sauce
Mixed Herbs
Ginger Powder
Black Pepper
Salt

First of all, cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Next, cook the broccoli in salted water until it's tender. Drain and set aside. (Do not cover the pot to avoid the broccoli turning yellowish.)




While waiting for the broccoli and the spaghetti to be cooked, chop some garlic and onion. Diced the tomatoes. And cut the Dory fish fillet into smaller pieces.

Marinate the fish fillet with salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and ginger powder.
Heat the pan with oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add in the fish fillet and keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.
Add in the Bolognese sauce, tomato and add some water to it.
Bring it to boil. And voila... our sauce is ready and we are ready to serve our spaghetti!!!
