Sleep Health, Dreams and Night Fantasy

I am someone who doesn't joke with sleep anything I get the opportunity.
Everyone has a unique way of getting some nice sleep, for me, most times I don't find it very easy, sometimes I have to watch movies or get so stressed out before I can sleep.
My friend asked me one time why I had several movies on my phone and each time he asked about them I told him I hadn't finished watching them. How would I finish watching the movies when they are my sleeping pills? LOL.
I don't know if it's just for me but most times as soon as I just play a movie, with ease my eyes will start getting heavy and before I know it, I will sleep off.
The days that I don't have movies to watch then I'll be in trouble, I'll have to stay awake for hours and finally sleep without my knowledge.
For dreams, I do have weird dreams, a lot of them. Some nights, I have nightmares that get me so scared that I wish someone was sleeping in the same room with me.
I believe this happens to everyone, dreaming is natural, and we are bound to encounter it. Some of them are amazing and some are bad. I have been in rooms with people where I hear them talk in their dreams, I have seen people struggling while sleeping like they were fighting someone.
Crazy things happen in dreams, the last time a friend of mine passed the night at my place, he said while I was sleeping he heard me crying. He didn't know what to do. He thought to wake me up but felt it was better to let me be.
Sometimes people say things like it's only to children that cry or talk in their sleep because of how they overplay, but what can we say about my case? I feel it has something more than ordinary.
Whenever I am bothered about something, which happens often recently, I don't find peace sleeping, you would find me awake for hours that night pondering on what is bothering me and also trying to get a possible solution.
I know this is not healthy but I can't help it, maybe with time as I keep trying to put myself in order it will go but for now, it's still very active when I am troubled
Most people are just like me, we prefer the day more than the night because sleep is often an issue for us. If not now that the weather conditions are harsh, the heat is unbearable, I often prefer sleeping during the day than at night, though I still need movies to sleep even by day but it's more relaxing.
Unfortunately, life doesn't give us that comfort all the time, the day is believed to be for work, and even if we desire to sleep by day, often it ends up as a mere wish.
Well, I decided to use my situation for good, since I am a blogger, I just used the night most times to write, do my engagements, mine crypto, and follow a few airdrops. Then create time during the day and sleep.
The truth is no condition is permanent, even if you find it difficult to sleep and it's giving you a serious concern, don't worry, just keep working on yourself. I don't encourage sleeping pills, try to sleep naturally, and keep making an effort, you can also seek help or google, I believe you will get some helpful tips. And before you know it, you will get what you desire.
