Textile is the second largest sector in the world. Among those textiles, technical textile is currently the fastest growing sector. Technical textiles make up more than 21 percent of the entire textile sector. Nowadays textiles are no longer limited to readymade garments. Like other branches of science, textile is advancing in the same way.
The use of technical textiles is increasing at a rate of about 4% per year in the world. Like other countries in the world, Bangladesh has huge potential for technical textiles. Already Bangladesh started working in this sector.
We all think Textiles usually of as needles, threads, fabrics, etc. But beyond all this, there is a vast and well-expanded world. Clothing made to be used for specific needs such as extra winter or extra heat, bad weather and various adverse climatic conditions is called technical textile. The use of thought and technology has taken the present textile industry to a unique height. Technical textiles have several branches. Let's talk about all of those 11 branches of Technical Textile.

Medical Fiber and Yarn:
We can supply fiber and yarn for biomedical needs. The yarn can be used to make woven and knitted fabrics, and to produce brake and twisted threads. Spin finish is applied to aid in textile production. Some medical device applications include:
Vascular graphs, Cardiovascular patches, Endovascular graphs , Sutures , Surgical Meshes, Embolic coils, Heart valve sewing cuffs & many others.
I will discuss about other 10 parts of technical textile in second part of my post.
Have a good day everyone. thanks for reading my blog :-)
