Hi all.
I got some shop time in today. I needed a coffe table, and an end table. So I went out and found a big slab of white pine. Then my nefew came over and we got to work.
That slab is about 20" wide and 6' long. And about 2" thick.
We cut 20" piece and a 4' piece, then sanded and sanded and sanded some more.
Now thats a hefty chunk of wood so it needs a sturdy set of legs.
So we lag bolted them into place and beheld our creation.
Then I carried them to my basement to apply the magical oil from the tung tree.
So there it is. A live edge set of livingroom tables. Rustic, but I think pretty sweet.
