Today when I reached outside the temple, a small flower shop was seen there. The shop was just a basket in which fresh flowers were adorned - the scent of marigold, rose and jasmine was spread all around. I stayed there and leaned to take some flowers.
The gardener sitting there was middle -aged man. Sweating and fatigue was visible on the face, but there was hope in the eyes. I asked, "Brother, give some flowers." She quickly picked up a garland of flowers and when I increased the money, the smile that came on her face was going to eradicate the fatigue of the whole day.
It was revealed in talks that nothing was sold from him since morning. He said, "Brother, you are the first customer." There was a relief in his words and shine in the eyes. That smile was not just the joy of selling, but a feeling of hard work.
I took flowers and looked back, climbing the stairs of the temple - he was still smiling. Perhaps this small sales were the biggest start of the day for him. That smile taught me that it is also a kind of worship to identify someone's hard work.
