Green Crack that is!
Hello Everyone,
Things are getting exciting in the tents again as the Green Crack is starting to flower.
The Green Crack was just starting to take off with its rapid vegetation growth during the last harvest, and she's now grown to an impressive size.
I don't quite know what to expect with the flowering.
This particular Green Crack looks a little leggy and long, perhaps stretched towards the light from not having enough intensity, yet she is elegant in her legginess and really pretty overall. I do not doubt she will produce beautiful buds.
Her tops are just now starting to form and it is obvious to the eye of a cannabis grower that she is in beginning stages of flowering.
I've done very minimal in terms of training this plant. She had a devastating accidental branch break early in growth that was like half the entire plant but she bounced back real strong, which I kind of had a feeling she would :D
Early Mainstem Break
gifted me this Green Crack, so I'm on a mission to my best job possible and not overdo it with anything like feeding or too much light.
Here we have two happy boys that have been in their flowering cycle for only two days now, so they do not have clear signs of sex present and appear to be in a vegetative state still.
My determination that they are both male is roughly 90%. I would be very surprised if either one of these are female because I have already inspected the pre-sex indicators, and they look very male to me.
In this macro photograph above we can see a pre-sex indicator at the node. In this case we see something that looks like a "sack", and this is pre-sex indicator of a male. A female would shoot wispy white hairs/pistils as a pre-sex indicator.
I could be wrong but I doubt it, and with cannabis being wrong about male is still usually a win because that just means I'll have a budding plant instead of a pollinator plant.
I'm actually happy about getting males, because I was almost out of seeds for this strain and now I'll be able to create more with the pollen.
The two plants in the photos are Big Mack Superstar and Miracle Mack once again, but these plants are from seed instead of clones like the last plants.
Content will be more regular again now that I have some cannacitement happening, and we'll also be doing some seeding this time around. That should be exciting as well :)
Before I wrap up this post, here's a pic of the Big Mack Superstar dried and trimmed after last harvest.
This weed turned out to be some of the best I've ever grown. Potency and smooth fruitful flavor combine beautifully for a strong Sativa dominant Big Mack strain.
I wouldn't have this amazing strain if not for creating it and sending me some seeds! So a huge shoutout to my man for making this possible! One day we'll blaze a big ol' fatty of this stuff together :D
That will do it for today.
What do you all think of the Green Crack?
I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section!
