Hello my CTP friends!
Yes, I wanted to write a post only for you today. Sure, others will read, and that's ok! :)
Many of you, if you have joined Steem recently after the relaunch of CTP, are only used to CTPTalk, and you feel kinda like home here, around other people you know, like and trust.
As you probably know by now, Steem is much bigger!
I'm hoping we could get a little bit uncomfortable today, shall we? :) If so, please read on.
To keep it simple, let's go to a place you will feel kinda familiar with, once you get acquainted with the interface and the terms used. At least that's what I believe.
And there is potential to earn in more than one way, including as a referrer. Ring any bells?
Let's start with the basics.
In online marketing, you understand things like owners and marketers and their roles.
Well, on this corner of Steem, you'll have makers and hunters. Makers stand for owners (or whoever creates something for which they need feedback), and hunters stand for marketers.
The corner I'm talking about started with SteemHunt.com, where you can log in whenever you'd like with your Steem account (the private posting key to be more precise).
But let's leave that alone for now, you can check it out later.
I always liked SteemHunt team, because they brought quite a few innovations to Steem and they kept doing their work in their own corner of the ecosystem and they pop up from time to time with something great.
What I believe would really feel like a glove to many of us is their newest platform, called Review Hunt.
The platform just exited the closed beta phase and is now in open beta, which means you can easily join. This website does not run on Steem, which means you will have to create an account with your name and email, like you are already used to, and check for the confirmation email afterwards.
Review Hunt is suitable for both website owners and regular marketers.
As a website owner, you can order a campaign based on a custom budget that works like a series of quests. Think CTP Badge Hunt, as a point of reference, but with a different audience.
Here's what the owners had to say about conversion on one of the initial projects enlisted on Review Hunt:
In short, BUZZi paid just 1/7th of the Facebook Ad cost to get the same downloaded users. Also as an added benefit, through Reviewhunt quests 15.8% and 22.8% of the downloaded users wrote app reviews on Play Store and created product review content on their social channels.
As a marketer, you can promote Review Hunt, and earn a 5% lifetime of referral bonuses from both activities of the makers and the hunters.
If you additionally want to engage in the quests, you will be rewarded for that (and the estimates are pretty nice!). You can monetize multiple "buzz" channels, from Steemit to YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Medium, Twitch and also the "other" category is included. Maybe email lists?
What say you, ready for another step? :)
