I had my last kettlebell class outside. September is coming so next Sunday is the first kettlebell class indoors.
I hate the fact that winter is coming. Partly because I love summer and sun but partly also because the room rent inside has recently risen a lot and it takes one third of my income, sometimes more. And sometimes when fewer customers manage to come to my class, I barely get the room rent cost covered.
I don't think some of my customers really understand how much money I actually need so that I can continue keeping my classes. I'm also a freelancer so some of my money comes from working to other employers. That means that the money coming from there is a good buffer when my own classes as an entrepreneur aren't that popular.
I sure am not going to give classes for free just because I like what I do. I would rather watch paint dry than work for free.
I mean, advertising my classes by giving occasional free classes is one thing, working for free or paying, so that I can work, is another thing. It's a big no-no for me.
I think some of my customers only see the huuuuuuge amount of money that I get when for example 5 or more customers buy a ten times card from me. And then they think about the "fact" how much the room rent for an hour is for a non profitable organization.
But what they fail to realize is that my room rent is two times what the non profit organization pays and that the customers that bought the ten times cards, now use that card for ten times and give me no money. That's the whole idea of the card! And the fact that there are several other costs that I have to pay in order to work. Just to mention the ones that take the biggest piece of the money I get:
Room rent, VAT, buying music, paying for copyright organizations for the fact that I can play the music I bought, insurance, advertising, equipment...
Yeah.
šš Entrepreneurs life.
But still trying.

There's something wrong with my Fitbit. It doesn't sync. Or it takes forever to sync. I've tried everything except banging it with a hammer. I guess that's next.
It synced fine for few months but now for few weeks it has been awful.
I've done everything the internet told me and now it works but it takes foooooooooorever to sync.
I have...
...updated the Fitbit app.
...changed the battery on my Fitbit Zip.
...checked the settings.
...tried different settings.
...checked the settings on my phone and Bluetooth.
...taken the battery out for 10 seconds.
...removed the app and installed it again.
...tried to find my old Fitbit as a new Fitbit.
...do everything multiple times, reversed and backwards.
...cursed.
...cursed.
...cursed.
For these steps to appear to the app, I manually synched the app for 15 minutes and at the same time did various magic tricks with my phone as I believe without those the phone would have not synced at all.
Perfect.
