Hello savers!
In my country there is a saying: "Old parrot does not learn to speak" this refers to what you did not learn when you were young you already lost the opportunity to learn it, logically I disagree with this saying and that is why I am here to try something I did not do when I was younger, and it is not that I consider myself old, but I think I could cultivate this habit much earlier, but it is never too late to start.

My year begins with the firm purpose of creating the habit of saving in me, and teach it to my family here, for this reason I want to start with a challenge that according to what I've read is not so complicated, except the first days of the year, then as the year progresses I will have to make the necessary adjustments to stay within the challenge, but one thing I am very sure, I want to strive to the end and then see where to continue investing.
The story behind...
The title of this publication; I have read several times this statement and I found it appropriate for what I am starting now in my family.
I met the community thanks to a good friend who has some investments and knows the Saturday Savers Club community, after reading some publications recommended by him I found it very interesting and beneficial what they do, a lot of discipline, focus, effort and commitment.
The person I am referring to has been helping me to strengthen some weak areas in my environment, one of them are the finances that due to lack of discipline and other shortcomings we have not been able to consolidate, this friend has tried some things with me however, we have not made much progress, and after several falls he led me to you, I liked the challenge as a way to generate the habit of saving in my mentality, besides disciplining me to take it to the end.
So goes my 365 days challenge....

My goals...
Honestly, I want to start small, step by step. I understand that the call for this beginning of the year is to start the one penny 365 days challenge is to save with the HIVE currency, or someone will do so, in particular I already started my challenge with HBD and as I mentioned before I am determined to take it to the end, unless something unforeseen happens, however, we are willing to protect this savings against any emergency.
My challenge or secondary goal would be to increase the amount of Hive Power in my wallet, for next year to make a more technical projection, with numbers and projections of what will be our next year, for now I need to keep this year, it is my priority to learn, create the habit to prepare the next year with a well defined and better structured plan.
According to the growth of the account, the performance of what I am doing, I also plan to enter one of the investment plans in one of the toen EDS and use this form of savings and also generate profits.
So goes my challenge....
I have tried to follow the sequence of sending the savings every day, however, sometimes I have to wait until some publication is due to send my savings and stay focused on the purpose.
This is the image of my wallet showing the amount of HBD saved so far, we are doing well, without rushing but without stopping, for some it will be little, however, for me it is a great advance, taking into account the times I fell down and had to get up.
In this image provided by the community, the level of weekly progress is evidenced, and according to the image we are in the fifth week 05, having left behind the fourth week successfully, a long way to go yet but we remain focused on achieving the goal.
By way of conclusion I will say: I hope next year by this time to be in a different position than I am now, next year by this time I hope to have access to some things that I can not acquire now, and keep the savings position growing, as this savings plan although I start it in order to meet this year and create a habit, my aspirations is to keep them as part of my investment bread and diversification into the future.
Note: Perhaps this publication may be untimely, outside the framework of the weekend, so I apologize to the community, my intention is to make an update every week, Friday or Saturday, and because of the occupations here I did not manage to do it on the weekend, I will strive to make the next one in that framework.
