Lo que un día parecía solo un sueño, 3 años más tarde es una realidad que seguimos construyendo con la participación de todos.
Me complace inmensamente haber sido testigo y protagonista de esta historia desde el día 1. A lo largo de este tiempo, todos, como constructores del ecosistema, hemos contribuido de una u otra forma a fortalecer los ideales que dieron origen a Hive, aportando valor y consolidando las bases de una comunidad que se perfila cada vez como su más valioso activo.
Aquí cada uno de nosotros tiene un rol. Algunos tras bastidores, otros de cara al público, pero todos apuntando al objetivo común de hacer de Hive la mejor referencia de la Web3. Todo Hiver, cuyas acciones estén sustentadas por la ética, moral, y buenas costumbres, es parte fundamental del crecimiento sostenido de la cadena de bloques. Por tanto, merece sentirse orgulloso de ser parte de lo logrado…así que, si tú que me lees sabes que lo estás haciendo bien, celebra con júbilo y entusiasmo este 3er. aniversario. Sobran los motivos para sentirnos dichosos este día, llegar hasta aquí solo ha sido posible trabajando como una gran colmena.

That which one day seemed like just a dream, 3 years later is a reality that we continue to build with everyone's participation.
I am immensely pleased to have been a witness and protagonist of this story since day 1. Throughout this time, all of us, as builders of the ecosystem, have contributed in one way or another to strengthen the ideals that gave rise to Hive, contributing value and consolidating the foundations of a community that is increasingly emerging as its most valuable asset.
Each one of us has a role to play here. Some of us are backstage, others in the public eye, but all with the common goal of making Hive the best reference for Web3. Every Hiver, whose actions are supported by ethics, morals, and good manners, is a fundamental part of the sustained growth of the blockchain. Therefore, it deserves to feel proud to be part of what has been achieved...so, if you who read me know that you are doing well, celebrate with joy and enthusiasm this 3rd anniversary. We have many reasons to feel happy this day, as we have only been able to reach this point by working as a great beehive.
Hive ha sido mi salvavidas en muchos sentidos. En tiempos difíciles, ha sido mi apoyo y mi sustento. En otros tiempos, mi fuente de inspiración y de oportunidades. Hive, es el lugar donde germinan y florecen mis ideas. Una fuente inagotable de aprendizaje, y su vez, un reto al conocimiento.
Gracias a Hive, he cristalizado muchos sueños. En múltiples ocasiones he tenido la necesidad de recurrir a mi posición en Hive Power (HP) para hacer frente a mis obligaciones, pero siempre con el compromiso de honrar ese “préstamo” a futuro. Es por ello, que este año me propuse, en la medida de mis posibilidades económicas, hacer DCA con $HIVE. Para ello, he destinado parte de las ganancias de mis colocaciones y las recompensas de mis publicaciones, en comprar $HIVE y hacer Power Up. De esta manera, al día de hoy, he logrado incrementar mi HP en un 47,5% con respecto al total acumulado al 01 de enero. Tal vez no es mucho, pero yo estoy muy contenta y satisfecha con mi estrategia.

Por supuesto, siendo hoy el cumpleaños número 3 de Hive, creo que la mejor forma de celebrarlo es demostrando mi compromiso con la meta planteada. En este sentido, he decidido participar en la iniciativa denominada #HivePowerBday.
Confío plenamente en el enorme potencial del ecosistema de Hive. A diario la comunidad en pleno suma su granito de arena para mostrarle al mundo todo lo que Hive tiene para ofrecer. A la par, muchos siguen construyendo más y más soluciones que dan muestra de que si lo soñamos, lo hacemos posible.

Hive has been my lifeline in many ways. In difficult times, it has been my support and my livelihood. At other times, it has been my source of inspiration and opportunities. Hive is the place where my ideas germinate and flourish. An inexhaustible source of learning, and at the same time, a challenge to knowledge.
Thanks to Hive, I have crystallized many dreams. On multiple occasions, I have had the need to use my position at Hive Power (HP) to pay my expenses, but always with the commitment to honor that "loan" in the future. That is why this year I decided, to the best of my financial ability, to do DCA with $HIVE. To this end, I have earmarked part of the profits from my investments and the rewards from my publications, to buy $HIVE and make Power Up. In this way, as of today, I have managed to increase my HP by 47.5% with respect to the accumulated total as of January 1st. Maybe it is not much, but I am very happy and satisfied with my strategy.

Of course, being today Hive's 3rd birthday, I think the best way to celebrate it is to show my commitment to the goal. In this sense, I have decided to participate in the initiative called #HivePowerBday.
