Hello Steemit World!
We understand that we seemed to have gone dark for a short while but rest assured we are still alive and kicking!
And this picture says it all!
The wind has changed to our favour the last few months as we were very blessed with a few new engagement of donations from 2 extra company.
The last time Kellogg were so happy with our distribution of their snack bar to the aboriginal people and under privileged families they have decided to to donate their near expiry granola cereals where young and old could enjoy something solid nutritious in a more westernised flavour for a change.
A donor also decided to donate 2kg of oil per family (instead of our usual 1kg supply of cooking oil); not to mention that we received 800 cans of winter melon can drinks that will be used for raising funds for our orphanage home.
We are so grateful that there were also enough rice to be distributed to the needy families and the cereal bags will be given to the aboriginal families.
Right now as I am writing this down to update in this post we have recently received that there are about 90 aboriginal families that are in need of help. So are currently praying, searching, and looking out for collaborating entities to see if there is a way to help sustain the 90 families with basic needs long term until they are self sufficient.
Although we know that Malaysia itself still has tons of families that needed help, but if we can start small from one family at a time, to a small village at a time, we could make micro impacts little by little from one place to another.
We pray and look forward for more people who are aware of our movement and will be able to join in the effort to assist one family a day.
And if my ghost writer have more time, we will do our best to upkeep daily / weekly posting as much as we can.
In the mean time, those who are in Malaysia, book your day on 31 August 2018, we will be having a grand fund raising for a few orphanage, the Rumah Juara kids, and there will probably be hundreds of stalls offering from food to merchandise for you to buy with the coupon you will have soon.
