Hello, wednesday walkers.
I took a nice walk around the block in the town of Alphen aan de Rijn. I am still recovering from a back hernia, and I am training myself to get back on my feet. I have been to the hospital, but I will tell you about this soon.
I am trying to get 10k steps a day to keep myself as fit as possible. So out I went, a walk around the block.
In this part of the town, there is a dike and river and both sides there are the houses. This dike and water are built to transport excess water frome the back country towards the sea.
And it's a perfect green oasis truogh the town.
Autumn colours are starting to pop out more and more.
Its a lovely walking an bicycle path.
In multiple places, they have built these bridges to
Its not like you are walking in the middle of nature, the suburban ares are visible frome many places.
A nother entrance to the trail.
And this syrange constructed building. Below the houses are parking spots and a road. It feels like a stranfe building. What was the architect thinking.
And these tunnels are build untherneath the roads that go in and out of town.
And for now this is the bridge towards the huose. I am done with walkies today.
