En ocasiones las experiencias de vida no nos dejan avanzar en el camino de la vida porque desde el interno no lo hemos sabido darle otra dirección para sanar desde adentro.

Every thing we live, both inside and outside, can be present in our creative process, and unknown, but they have a super important role in the development of creativity. Sometimes life experiences do not let us move forward on the path of life because from the inside we have not known how to give it another direction to heal from within.
Desde inicios de año estoy asistiendo a un taller de procesos creativos llamado "Cuerpo, Fisura y Memoria". Un encuentro con nosotros mismo, con el yo de la infancia, del pasado y del presente, permitiendo reconocerse a si mismo desde las grietas propias. Ha sido una luz que me ha hecho verme muchas cosas que tenía bloqueado desde hace mucho. Entre colores, papel, pensamientos y los ejercicios propuestos se ha ido desarrollando el proceso creativo con las experiencias propias.
Since the beginning of the year I am attending a workshop of creative processes called "Body, Fissure and Memory". An encounter with ourselves, with the self of childhood, past and present, allowing us to recognize ourselves from our own cracks. It has been a light that has made me see many things that I had blocked for a long time. Between colors, paper, thoughts and the proposed exercises, the creative process has been developing with my own experiences.
La encargada del taller nos encaminó a elaborar un gran lienzo colectivo, de unos ocho metros cuadrados para involucrar a unas diez personas. El ejercicio consistía en sobre poner tres de nuestras siluetas, plasmándola en el lienzo como si fuera una cartografía. Cada silueta representaría tres aspectos de nuestra vida, empezando por la semilla, la posición fetal, nuestra emoción presente y nuestra postura no impuesta.
The person in charge of the workshop directed us to elaborate a large collective canvas, of about eight square meters to involve about ten people. The exercise consisted of placing three of our silhouettes on the canvas as if it were a cartography. Each silhouette would represent three aspects of our life, starting with the seed, the fetal position, our present emotion and our non-imposed posture.

Una vez todos hayamos realizado nuestras siluetas en sitios distintos en el gran lienzo, todos entrecruzados debíamos escoger un color para cada una de las siluetas, pero sin tocar los espacios comunes con los otros compañeros, dado que se esa parte era para ponerse de acuerdo con la persona que nos habíamos entrelazado. Allí empezó la locura de ese lienzo, muchas perspectivas, humores, propuestas de colores y diferentes maneras de trazas el color con el pincel, justo en ese momento empezó el viaje.
Once we had all made our silhouettes in different places on the big canvas, all intertwined we had to choose a color for each of the silhouettes, but without touching the common spaces with the other companions, since that part was to agree with the person we had intertwined. There began the madness of that canvas, many perspectives, moods, color proposals and different ways of tracing the color with the brush, just at that moment the journey began.
Fue muy emotivo involucrarse con tantas personas desde el lado mas íntimo de nosotros, sin embargo, con el transcurrir de las sesiones, el ambiente se fue volviendo cada vez más cómodo y amigable para trabajar sin miedo, sin dejarse intimidar por los sentimientos ajenos. Al inicio empezar a colorear fue algo complejo, pero con el pasar de los días y la interacción con los demás todo empezó a tornarse como algo divertido, soltarse desde adentro pero con alegría y con calma.
It was very emotional to get involved with so many people from the most intimate side of us, however, as the sessions went by, the atmosphere became more and more comfortable and friendly to work without fear, without being intimidated by other people's feelings. At the beginning to start coloring was something complex, but with the passing of the days and the interaction with the others everything started to become something fun, letting go from the inside but with joy and calm.

Para finalizar y darle el toque crucial a esta gran trabajo colectivo se nos comunicó que para completar el ejercicio debíamos hacer in inventario del primer lugar que habitamos, bien si era físico o sutil, y escribirlo en nuestra primera silueta, la fetal. De esta manera, debíamos hacernos una carta para sí mismo con el sentimiento presente, plasmándola en la segunda silueta. Mientras cada quien, con ingenio iba drenando todo su proceso en el lienzo, este fue tomando un poder indescriptible.
To finish and give the crucial touch to this great collective work, we were told that to complete the exercise we had to make an inventory of the first place we inhabited, whether it was physical or subtle, and write it on our first silhouette, the fetal one. In this way, we had to write a letter to ourselves with the present feeling, capturing it in the second silhouette. As each one of us, with ingenuity, drained all our process on the canvas, it took on an indescribable power.
Luego de la jornada, iluminamos el lienzo con luces de colores, así como habíamos empezado a plasmar las siluetas. Fue alucinante ver ese destello de colores. Ha sido una experiencia que invitó a la reflexión interna, a traer esos recuerdo nos resueltos de nuestra vida. Los procesos creativos bien llevados son sanadores, nos resuelven y nos renuevan, potenciando nuestro pensamientos e innovación. Agradezco este momento con todas estas personas que conocí en el proceso, ha sido una gratitud especial, todo un gusto y honor este viaje.
After the day's work, we illuminated the canvas with colored lights, just as we had begun to create the silhouettes. It was amazing to see that flash of colors. It has been an experience that invited to inner reflection, to bring back those unresolved memories of our life. The creative processes well carried out are healing, they resolve and renew us, empowering our thoughts and innovation. I am grateful for this moment with all these people I met in the process, it has been a special gratitude, a pleasure and honor this trip.
