Leadership factor, influence on the results obtained

When it comes to teamwork, leadership plays a vital role throughout the team, as it is this role model that guides the team and gives it the moral support to continue working for the best results. There may be many types of leaders, but for the work teams there is a need for a proactive, capable, exemplary and hard-working leader who, by his example, will lead all members to the right path, and give them advice and suggestions to improve their work techniques and achieve more efficient results.

The leader will always be considered responsible for the team, both for the failures and for its achievements, taking on this task can be chilling for many, however, many people are born with a kind of gift for leadership, are those who always stand out and are proactive.

The leader and group model has been adopted by the vast majority of species as a way to survive together, and to stay safe. Hence its origins, in society the concepts of leader and group operates as a way to find and offer better solutions to the problems and needs of people, is also used as a method of survival and to compete for the best benefits.

Many of the aspects and elements of our society are based on basic principles that were adopted by primitive species for their survival, the difference now is that survival is not a priority, it is the human satisfaction of the desire for knowledge and power, beyond the primordial needs we have as living beings.
