Sometimes it is nice to take it easy to make dinner instead of making complicated time-consuming and using expensive ingredients.
When I miss Western food I make Very simple and easy pasta like this.
washed 10 tomatoes.
chopped them and put them in a pan
with them chopped 2 medium white onions.
peeled some garlic cloves Indian small garlic 6-7 cloves
Mixed it with onions and tomatoes and added some water around 1 and halt glass.
Cooked them until get softer.
Put in the mixer and blended a nice fine paste.
Added leftover tomato onion water into it.
Banged some black pepper and made coarse powder.
Gathered some thyme 1 tsp basil 1 tsp, oregano,1/2 tsp, paprika 1/2 tsp, and black pepper 1/2 tsp.
In the pan poured 2 tsp coconut oil.
Dropped all spices into it.
Added a nice red paste of tomatoes, onions, and garlic.
Stirred and cooked for 3-4 minutes.
Added salt according to the taste.
Cooked spaghetti meanwhile.
Roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
And the dinner is ready.
Joy and enjoy. with carrot slices.
