Hello, friends and drink enthusiasts! Today, I made a refreshing juice using pineapple, apples, and carrots. Carrots are rich in carotenoids, particularly beta carotene, which the body converts into Vitamin A. They support gut health and aid digestion. Pineapple contains the bromelain enzyme, which helps break down proteins, especially gluten into amino acids and makes the digestive process easier. Apples are often called the queen of fruits, and everybody should know their benefits.
Additionally, I included lemon juice, ginger, black pepper, and salt. this recipe includes all the six tastes that are important in Ayurveda, sweet, salt, sour, pungent, bitter, and astringent. This super juice detox is packed with multivitamins, beta carotene, and antioxidants that Increase immunity. The lemon balances the sweetness of the apple, making the juice more enjoyable and delicious to drink.
I used:
2 apples
1/4 pineapple
3 carrots
3 cm ginger
1/4 lemon
2 pinches of pink salt
2 pinches of black pepper
Grate carrots.
Peel and cut apples.
Cut pineapple.
Here is a grated carrot, cut pineapple, and apple.
Put carrots apples and pineapples in a mixer jar.
Cut ginger into small pieces and add to the mixer.
then lemon juice.

1/2 glass 150ml water.
Grind it to a fine paste.
