According to this teaching, prayer isn't enough to get closer or God. Getting closer to God, you need to do many other activities related to the kingdom.
God wants you to get closer to him through everything that he wants you to do and obey. I mean; you can pray as many times you want, but you still need to do other things like: obeying His word, Living a life that he wants you to live and doing everything thing that he wants from you.
God loves us all and he wants us closer than ever. The lord bless his word.
