Seeing this week’s topic suggestion, I finally confirmed that I’m slowly taking away so many things that gives me fun. I remember when I was much younger, I loved games, I played a lot of games with my aunt’s phone and anyone’s phone I saw and I remember I was most times called an unserious person. Well, then I did it too much so I totally understood them and I put in effort to reduce my time on phones playing games. Back then I played some games that I found really interesting and addictive but fast forward to today, all that have changed.
Right now, there is no game of any kind on my phone (oh! I downloaded one while making this post, hehe). The only thing you can find on my phone are things that I can use for my studies or to earn income. I have somehow almost lost interest in games but that doesn’t mean I don’t play them at all, I can play with someone’s device but like I said, I don’t have any on my phone (until now). Well, now that I’m thinking about it, I’d try and get at least one on my phone. My favorite game of all time has always been word cookies, so if I’m ever going to get any one on my phone it will be that one.

Word Cookies is a word game that can be downloaded as an app on your mobile device, where you spell words with a set of given letters. It has so many levels to play which makes it more fun and interesting as you go. It’s a very simple but an helpful game to boost your brain daily for mental flexibility and vocabulary. It has captivating challenges that will test your linguistic skills. It is one easy way to training your brain and expanding your vocabulary. For you to get the words, you will need to connect letters to spell out the words.
Like I mentioned earlier, there are so many levels to play so there are no time limits, so you can play at your own pace. Also, the game is free to play, but you can pay if you want some extra hints or to remove ads as it gets harder. For me, I always love doing it myself so I hardly use my coins for hints. This game is available both on smartphones and tablets so don’t hesitate downloading it too like me now and start having fun while boosting your vocabulary and of course your brain.
If there is one thing I’d love to be improved in this game, it will be the aspect of pronunciation. So many people like me, find it hard when it comes to getting the right pronunciation of words even when we can give the accurate spelling of those words. So if the game can provide a bot or something that can give the pronunciation of every word as we spell them correctly, I believe it would be really helpful and more effective as well.
