I can't believe that we are almost getting near the Christmas season. Only 57 days to go, and it's already the holiday season. We're not celebrating that occasion because of our beliefs, but I'm excited because I will be experienced holding money again. What do you think I could buy on the $1,000 they might give? But wait, I almost forgot something. We're already thousand years away from the 2000s, so we are not living in 2022 anymore. This blog is for fictional and entertaining purposes only.
I was writing this blog on my high-tech gadget, and I couldn't capture it because I couldn't find my phone with 512 Megapixels. The phone's lens nowadays has the same quantity as our naked eye. When my history teacher told me the camera back 2020s was only 128 MP, I couldn't hold my laugh. Is my professor serious? But according to him, everything is changing, even if we don't like it. And as a person living in the present, we should be thankful for their contribution.
As a 3022 citizen, I often dream about my existence if I lived a thousand years back. I want to experience what I can buy with my $1,000 bills in the 2020s since you can only buy processed food with this value in the present. I'm already done staring at my gadget for over an hour, and I can't even find time to breathe fresh air because of our overpolluted and populated city. There's a farm 3000 km away from our city, and I think you could spend $1,000,000 just for an acre of land. Having a farm nowadays is rare because they have been replaced by establishments and tourist attractions due to the rising count of individuals in this world. Until now, scientists are still trying their best to study the other planets to which we can adapt.
We don't have classes this weekend, so I face my gadget while typing my thoughts. They said that paper is one of the popular mediums they use to write notes and ideas. But since trees are decreasing and the population is increasing, the government implemented a law that producing any paper will be imprisoned for ten years. My science teacher told us that if they'd just protected our environment and stopped abusing nature, we might still smell the natural air coming from nature. He admits that it's their fault, though.
I can't count how many times my grandfather told me about the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies when I was a kid. He thought that crypto was just bullshit and worthless before. However, the current global market cap is already around $99 Trillion, and he regrets selling his digital assets. Their economy almost died because of the past pandemic, but he states it got the hype once again when a celebrity promoted it on National TV. If you don't know yet, my classmate is wealthy because his great-grandfather was a whale crypto holder.
But before I end this blog, I need your help since my English teacher assigned us to write an essay about ourselves if we traveled thousand years in the future. When I searched the inflation percentage over the years, I joked with my sibling that we are not poor. I told him that we were only living in the wrong year. It's just fictional, guys. Please don't take it seriously. What do you think would happen in 3022?
