Hello, beautiful ladies of this community, this week's prompt by 
2ļøā£ Would you accept an all-expenses paid trip to another country but it means spending the holiday alone? Why or why not?
First of all, apologies to all my friends, family, and loved ones. I know the plan was to go on various vacations together, make memories, and live our lives to the fullest but right now if thereās an all-expense paid trip to another country on the table, I am so grabbing it! Do you know the cost of plane tickets? Like do you even know how tough the economy is and someone decides to whisk me out of my boring life to an all-expense paid trip to another country? I am so game!
I am at a point in my life where a vacation would do a lot of good to me, it is one experience that I have been looking forward to as I have been so busy with my life and work, so pressing the pause button for a while and having fun would be such a delight.
No waking up early by the sound of my alarm, no running off to work, dealing with traffic, no boring meetings, no meeting deadlines just me, me and me living the best time of my life and making memories.
Since I am currently not married or have kids of my own that I need to cater for, I wouldnāt mind going on a solo trip and if I am being honest now is the best time to go on such trips as starting a family would mean more commitments and it would be so difficult to jump on such an opportunity again but now that I have the time HELL YES! I would accept.
Going with my family and friends for vacations has always been the norm so doing something a little bit different from the norm would be a wonderful experience, so going on a solo trip wouldnāt be a bad idea and isn't gonna hurt anyone.
Travelling or going on a vacation with someone can be a very interesting adventure as you have a partner to talk to and laugh with but travelling or going on a vacation notwithstanding has its own perks too.
Going on this trip would be the first of its kind and would mean a whole new experience for me and I know for a fact that my family and friends would love the idea too as my happiness matters to them.
Firstly, going to a new country where I do not know anyone might be a bit challenging but could also pave way for new connections. If I travel with a friend weād be probably caught up in each other's world and not pay attention to the littlest detail or even the next person but traveling solo means you donāt have any other choice than to observe and connect with new people and most of these connections might just turn out to be good ones. So yes Iāll gladly go on a solo trip without batting an eyelash!
Going on a solo trip means I would have more time to explore, I wouldnāt be working on anybodyās deadline, and I wouldnāt stop having fun because my friend or sister is a little bit under the weather or will I miss going to a particular place because my friend is tired and need to rest. So basically there will be no timeframe, no deadline just me having fun till whenever I am exhausted and this is gonna be one hell of an experience!
For an all-expense paid trip I know for a fact that there would be so many fun activities to engage in, so many beautiful places to visit, and different food to try. It is going to be a vacation to remember and my family and friends arenāt going to miss out on any of the details as I would have so many pictures to show them and my storytelling skill is sure going to make them travel mentally to wherever I had the vacation!
In situations where I need to take pictures my phone camera and tripod are there to save the day but if I might want to take a different angle that needs human support I wouldnāt hesitate to ask a passerby.
Enjoying my solo trip would mean having ample time to write about my vacation in my diary without anyone distracting me halfway with different conversations. So I would be able to write every detail as I can remember in my diary not disturbed, as this diary is one tool I would need to fall back on to relieve this golden trip of mine.
Itās going to be a wonderful vacation as I can feel it already as I write every word how much more when I get to experience it and when it happens I am going come to this postš„°š„°
