I will indulge you today of my love affair with crystals. I was always drawn to them years past however that time I wasn't earning that much for me to buy such. Then came the famous pandemic and the untimely job resignation. Mental anxiety and on the verge of a breakdown. So, I came to find things that makes me happy and alive again. And one of those things are crystals...
Why bother buying crystals?
Crystals have been regarded as a source of power and healing throughout the centuries. They hold a lot of earth's energy. As for me, lets just say I'm a highly sensitive person and crystals help me clear, activate and stabilize my energy or chakras. I also used them in my self healing journey.
How do I pick my crystals?
Whichever I'm drawn to. Simple as that. The crystals you are drawn to tell you of the areas in your life that need healing.
Are crystals expensive?
Well, it really depends on the type of crystals you want to purchase. High quality crystals especially from Brazil or Madagascar for example would cost much. Although I found some affordable ones and yet the crystals are still authentic.
How do I use my crystals?
I first cleanse them using sage. Some I use to aid me in my meditations by holding onto them, some I set intentions and let them be to work on their magic.
I don't really have much crystals since I just recently started collecting. But here are my collection and their uses. Scroll down and let me know which ones you are attracted to or resonate with you.
Point or Tower Crystals
These type of crystals have usually 6 sides and end at a point. Energy is focused on to one direction. These crystals are generally used to amplify intentions and channel energy.
Kunzite - The Stone of Emotion
Kunzite activates the heart chakra. It helps connect the heart with the mind and heals the emotional body. Will assist you to open yourself to love on all levels. I used this crystal to help myself to open up to new love life. 😏
Its high vibrational energy encourages letting go of fears and sorrows that hold the heart to the past or the anxiety of the future and inspires being present in the perfection of the moment. Source
Smoky Quartz - The Stone of Power
Smoky Quartz is generally used for grounding and cleansing. It is very effective in relieving stress and anxiety, remove doubts and worries. This crystal aids the root or the base chakra.
Rather than merely surfacing negative energies and emotional blockages, this crystal gently dissolves these energies as it encounters them, allowing positive frequencies to take their place. Red Goldstone - I wear this for courage, ambition and creativity.
Opal - Brings about my hidden and suppress emotions. I also use this for meditation.
Tiger's Eye - I wear this almost everyday. This crystal is for courage, personal power and most importantly action.
