A Busy but Nice Day

Not all days are the same, but in general terms I think that Mondays have something in common, since it seems to me that they are the days when we usually do more errands, since we have things accumulated from the weekend and pending issues that must be solved in a timely manner in order to face the rest of the days in a better way. So I got up very early today to go out with my mother to do several things, but the most important thing was to go to a pharmacy located in the east of the city in order to buy a powerful antibiotic to treat a recurrent infection that my uncle has.

Un día Ajetreado pero Lindo

No todas las jornadas son iguales, pero en términos generales creo que los lunes tienen algo en común, puesto que me parece que son los días en que solemos hacer más diligencias, puesto que tenemos cosas acumuladas del fin de semana y asuntos pendientes que deben ser solucionados de manera oportuna para así afrontar de mejor forma el resto de los días. Es así como me levanté hoy muy temprano para salir junto a mi madre a realizar diversos asuntos, pero lo más importante era ir hasta una farmacia ubicada en el este de la ciudad con la finalidad de comprar un poderoso antibiótico que serviría para tratar una recurrente infección que tiene mi tío.

Fortunately the day dawned with a radiant but pleasant sun, which was accompanied by a subtly cold weather, which was the perfect combination that invited us to go out and face the streets of the city with a cheerful and hopeful spirit. So we decided to have a light breakfast at home and put on sports clothes, in order to start our walk with the best possible disposition and with the faith that everything would flow in the best way and we could be back home in the early afternoon.

Afortunadamente el día amaneció con un sol radiante pero agradable, el cual estaba acompañado de un clima sutilmente frío, lo cual era la combinación perfecta que nos invitaba a salir y enfrentar las calles de la ciudad con un espíritu alegre y esperanzador. Así que decidimos tomar un desayuno ligero en casa y colocarnos ropa deportiva, para así emprender nuestro andar con la mejor disposición posible y con la fe puesta en que todo fluiría de la mejor manera y podríamos estar de regreso a casa sobre el inicio de la tarde.

Mainly we would be in a sector called Chacaito, which is characterized for being an area that mixes are residential with imposing commercial areas, where the architectural style is quite varied, as it presents us with typical constructions of the 50's, but also gives us images corresponding to typical styles of the late last century and early 2000's, therefore it is a very peculiar but visually very attractive area, which today is still in constant change and evolution, I would dare to say that it is one of those areas of the city that are more alive.

Principalmente estaríamos en un sector denominado Chacaito, el cual se caracteriza por ser un área que mezcla son las residenciales con imponentes áreas comerciales, en donde el estilo arquitectónico es bastante variado, ya que nos presenta construcciones típicas de la década de los 50, pero también nos regala imágenes correspondientes a estilos típicos de finales del siglo pasado y principio de los 2000, por lo tanto es un área muy peculiar pero visualmente muy atractiva, la cual hoy en día sigue en constante cambio y evolución, me atrevería a decir que es una de esas zonas de la ciudad que se encuentran más vivas.

It is great to have to do some errands around this area of the city, since its beautiful landscapes, spaces full of trees and a constant breeze helps us to have our spirits always high and at the same time, allows us to walk long distances without feeling tired, which is very good for anxiety and stress levels that some daily situations may be causing us.

Es genial tener que hacer alguna diligencia en torno a esta área de la ciudad, ya que sus lindos paisajes, espacios llenos de árboles y una brisa constante nos ayuda a tener el ánimo siempre en alto y al mismo tiempo, nos permite caminar grandes trayectos sin sentir cansancio, lo cual es muy bueno para la ansiedad y los niveles de estrés que algunas situaciones cotidianas nos pueden estar ocasionando.

Caracas is a city that despite being the capital of the republic and therefore the largest urban numbers in the region, always gives us spaces full of a truly magical tranquility, where we can feel at ease in the midst of any task and where we can enjoy incredible contrasts, I am very proud to walk through its streets and from here I extend my invitation to all my readers, so that when you have the opportunity to visit Venezuela, do not hesitate for a second to enjoy the wonderful experience of walking the streets of its capital city.

Caracas es una ciudad que a pesar de ser la capital de la república y por lo tanto numeraciones urbanas más grandes de la región, siempre nos brinda espacios llenos de una tranquilidad realmente mágica, en donde nos podemos sentir a gusto en medio de cualquier tarea y en donde podemos disfrutar de contrastes increíbles, personas muy amables y lugares asombrosos, por lo tanto caminar por sus calles es de la cual me siento gratamente orgulloso y desde acá le extiendo mi invitación a todos mis lectores, para que cuando tengan la oportunidad de conocer Venezuela No duden ni un segundo de disfrutar de la experiencia maravillosa que significa recorrer las calles de su ciudad capital.

To tell you the truth the day flowed as we had planned, everything was quite fast and things went very well, at the end of the day we managed to acquire the search, we were also able to find out the price of many other items that we also need in the future and at the same time we could walk and enjoy the most of the benefits of the beautiful Caracas, a city where we can certainly find everything we need and which always gives us the best landscapes, the best weather and the best walks we can do.

A decir verdad el día fluyó como lo teníamos planeado, todo fue bastante rápido y las cosas salieron muy bien, al final de la jornada logramos adquirir el buscando, además pudimos averiguar el precio de muchos otros artículos que también necesitamos en un futuro y al mismo tiempo pudimos pasear y disfrutar al máximo de las bondades de la bella Caracas, una ciudad en donde sin duda alguna podemos encontrar todo lo que necesitamos y la cual siempre nos regala los mejores paisajes, el mejor clima y las mejores caminatas que podremos realizar.
