Para los que habitamos en esta capital el invierno se presenta de la siguiente manera: con mucho frío pero en medio de la temporada seca en donde la lluvia no se hace presente pero los termómetros suelen bajar a tal punto que nos obliga a estar abrigados y a dormir bajo muchas cobijas, esta época se suele presentar entre los meses de noviembre y febrero, también es común en este periodo ver como la neblina invade todo el panorama dejando a la ciudad totalmente cubierta por una gran y densa nube blanca.
