I am productive today, both physically and mentally. I woke up early, and started my day with my usual daily exercise such as sit-ups, push-ups, and stretching. Afterwards, I did my breathing exercises, and reflexology for my mental health.
Then I started preparing for jogging and walking at the Baywalk which I planned last night.
I started walking in this long park which is close to our home.
I jogged at the Baywalk, and also enjoyed the breeze from the beach. How I wish I can do this regularly.
As I got home, I did some of my chores, and my online jobs. I also went to our garden where I watered the plants.
I did other tasks again, as well as walking around the house, and some running. I am also glad to finish doing my online tasks.
Tomorrow would be another day, and I hope to be
physically active again.
