It's been quite a while since my last post. I have been trying to achieve the minimum, and I am very much active. But the app is lagging that I exit it at times. I even installed and uninstalled the app a number of times.
I tried to be active today, but only got a little more than 5000 activity counts. I moved around the house just to reach it. But of course, I did my set of exercises with three reps the entire day. From sit-ups to push-ups, stretching, and planking.
I also did my breathing exercises, EFT, and self-reflexology. I am about to sleep now.
