Hola a todos. El día de hoy les compartiré el proceso para colorear digitalmente uno de mis dibujos a lápiz. Se trata de un dibujo a lápiz realizado en el año 2020 para el desafío de dibujo diario, cuando me iniciaba en la plataforma. Hasta el día de hoy ha sido una gran experiencia para mí poder mostrarles mis trabajos y ha significado un aprendizaje constante y en este orden de ideas para avanzar aún más la ilustración digital es mi siguiente objetivo. Hello everyone. Today I will share with you the process to digitally color one of my pencil drawings. It is a pencil drawing made in 2020 for the daily drawing challenge, when I was starting on the platform. To this day it has been a great experience for me to be able to show you my work and it has meant a constant learning and in this order of ideas to further advance digital illustration is my next goal. Para colorear digitalmente el dibujo a lápiz, básicamente, utilice los siguientes pasos:

1. Preparar la imagen, haciendo ajustes en los niveles para aclararla lo más posible.
2. Seleccionar la imagen y copiarla en una capa diferente con un fondo transparente
3. Ordenar el trabajo en capas.
4. Efectuar primero los colores planos.
5. Hacer las sombras.

To digitally colorize the pencil drawing, basically, use the following steps

1. Prepare the image, making adjustments to the levels to lighten it as much as possible.
   Select the image and copy it to a different layer with a transparent background.
2. Arrange the work in layers.
3. Make the spot colors first.
4. Make the shadows.
