Have you ever visited a garden filled with various types of flowers? Different flowers, different shapes, faces, and forms?
I've never been to a garden as lovely as Buwakan ni Alejandra (Bisaya term of Alejandra's Flower Garden). I keep seeing photos on social media that make me jealous because the location is so beautiful and they were able to visit it. But now that I'm here, I'm overjoyed. I feel like I'm in a fantasy world, a dream full of imagination that we can only see in our minds.
I don't recall ever not smiling while walking around the entire hectar of garden. It exceeds my expectations, so much so that I can't believe such a place exists. I'm not exaggerating, but I'm speaking from personal experience.
Despite the fact that the weather was too hot during our visit, but there was a slight breeze, I didn't feel tired at all. The entire place is full of surprises. There is a section of it that depicts a rainbow path with flowers along the way, making it more picturesque.
My only regret was my clothing. I was debating whether I should wear a dress and shoes, but I changed my mind thinking we'd just go out for lunch with the whole family, but... Anyway, it's fine. It isn't a big deal. I still like it because black goes with everything. Haha! Maybe the next time I come here, I'll be more prepared for photography. Lol
The place had its soft opening year 2017 of May. Back then, when this place hasn't reach the crowd yet in social media, there has not been lots of visitors or tourists that come in to this beautiful garden not until someone started posting pictures about it.
This location is just a few steps away from Cafe Adventure in Balamban, Brgy. Gaas. The entrance fee for adults is 75 pesos ($1.35) and 50 pesos ($2.46) for kids, which is reasonable given that such a beautiful garden requires a lot of care and maintenance.
Buwakan ni Alejandra is a 700-square-meter garden, the home of variety of flower plants and features approximately 200 kinds of flora and faunas. This is named after the mother in law of the barangay's councilor, who is also the landscaper of this beautiful garden which is "buwakan" in bisaya, and the "buwak" is cebuano term of Flower.

My family and relatives did enjoyed the visit and roaming around the whole place. We were all busy taking pictures here and there to cherish this as part of our memory, together and with mother nature.
Thank you all for reaching this far. I hope you enjoyed the view as much as I did. I have tons of photos I love to show but we have 2 more destinations that I can't wait to share. Keep tune & see you there!✨
