Hello everyone. I wish you a great start of the week. I'm great, today is the first time I participate in this StreetArt community, which looks great and praises the great street artists. The best way to start in this world is to share the wonder I found in the popular Comuna 13 of Medellin in Colombia, a place full of art, not only on the walls, but on canvas, stairs, sculptures and more, where the abundance of colors stands out, something I fell in love with. This first photo of the monkey is by @JordyArtista (instagram), as well as many other works that are already classics in Comuna 13, Antioquía, and I captured it on August 5 of this year.
¡Hola a todos!. Les deseo un gran inicio de semana. Yo estoy genial, hoy es la primera vez que participo en esta comunidad StreetArt, la cual luce genial y enaltece a los grandes artistas de la calle. La mejor manera de comenzar en este mundo es compartir la maravilla que me encontré en la popular Comuna 13 de Medellín en Colombia, un lugar lleno de arte, no solo en los muros, sino en lienzo, escaleras, esculturas y demás, donde resalta la abundancia de colores, algo que me enamoró. Esta primera fotografía del mono es de @JordyArtista, al igual que muchas otras obras que ya son clásicos en la Comuna 13, Antioquía, y la capturé el 5 de Agosto de este año.

There is much to enjoy in this area, the mural above is called Philanthropy and was made by four artists and is located throughout the entrance of the commune, so it was the first one I could appreciate and not everything went into my photo. It is a little difficult to capture because it is very long and many people pass by and motorcycles are parked in front of it, but in this photo you have an idea of its greatness.
Hay mucho que disfrutar en esta zona, el mural de arriba se llama Filantropía y fue elaborado por cuatro artistas y se encuentra en toda la entrada de la comuna, así que fue el primero que pude apreciar y no todo entró en mi foto. Es un poco difícil de capturar porque es muy largo y pasan muchas personas y se estacionas motos al frente, pero en esta foto tienen una idea de su grandeza.
Boy was it a pleasant surprise to visit the most popular tourist spot in the city, once the most dangerous neighborhood in Latin America because of Pablo Escobar, and today the safest artistic one. It was a quick visit, so I don't have information on all the artists, let alone good photos of all the artwork, but I was eager to share what I was able to capture in this community.
Vaya que fue una grata sorpresa visitar el lugar turístico más popular de la ciudad, el cual en su momento fue el barrio más peligroso de Latinoamérica por Pablo Escobar, y hoy es el más seguro artístico. Fue una visita rápida, así que no tengo información de todos los artistas y mucho menos buenas fotos de todas las obras, pero ansiaba compartir lo que pude capturar en esta comunidad.
Those pink swans were one of my favorites, and I had already shared them in a previous post that you can appreciate here, and that dog that I loved so much is by the same author of the first monkey image, in fact I couldn't decide which one to bring to start the post, both look wonderful to me. I say goodbye to you hoping you like it and I hope to return to participate with more encouragement in the future now that I know the community, its rules and the vision of those who share photographs here. Esos cisnes rosados fueron unos de mis favoritos, y ya los había compartido en un post anterior que pueden apreciar aquí, y ese perro que tanto amé es del mismo autor de la primera imagen del mono, de hecho no me podía decidir cual de ellos traer para iniciar el post, ambos me parecen maravillosos. Me despido de ustedes esperando que les guste y espero volver a participar con más ánimo en el futuro ahora que conozco la comunidad, sus reglas y la visión de quienes comparten fotografías aquí.
